WWE has officially announced that WrestleMania 42 will take place at the renowned Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on April 11 and 12, 2026. This exciting news was revealed by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson during a recent episode of WWE SmackDown held in the city.

Previous WrestleMania Events

The Caesars Superdome has a history of hosting WrestleMania events, having welcomed wrestling fans in 2014 and again in 2018. Notably, WrestleMania 34 served as a significant milestone as it was among the last events formatted to occur over a single night before the transition to a two-night setup starting in 2020.

Upcoming WrestleMania 41

As fans look forward to WrestleMania 42, the next big event, WrestleMania 41, is scheduled for April 19-20, 2025, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Early matches confirmed for this year’s show include:

• Gunther (World Heavyweight Champion) vs. Jey Uso
• Tiffany Stratton (WWE Women’s Champion) vs. Charlotte Flair

Additional bouts and match details will be finalized following the Elimination Chamber event set for March 1, 2025.
